The use of glycolic cleansers / chemical peels, retin A, on the tattooed area will greatly affect how long the color will last. Sunscreen is always recommended after the area is healed. You may choose to do touch-up appointments to keep your permanent makeup looking fresh and bright.
It is very important to remember the color of the tattooed area will ALWAYS be more intense and exaggerated for up to 2 weeks following your permanent makeup service. A softer color gradually fades in within 1 week.
Choosing the right technician is important! Asking for photos of their performed work as well as the amount of experience is a great way to start. Michelle has been performing permanent makeup procedures including eyelash enhancement for over 20 years and has advanced certification in microblading.
